Christina Hendricks
Christina Hendricks (born April 15, 1977) is an American actress best well-known for her character Joan Holloway during the first seven seasons of AMC's historical drama Mad Men. Apart from receiving critic praise, her work on the show earned six Emmy Awards nominations in the best supporting actress category. Her career, which spans more than two decades has seen her appear in the crime comedy series Tin Star as well as Kevin Hill's legal drama. She is known for her performance on Drive Ginger & Rosa Lost River Neon Demon Strangers Prey In Night Egg, American Woman and The Neon Demon. Additionally, she's been a voice actor in animated films, such as From Up on Poppy Hill Toy Story 4 and Scoob!. The career she began with was modeling and continued through the years, until her first appearance as an actor on TV in Undressed which was a 1999 TV show. The first major role she played was in the comedy drama Beggars and Choosers following which was also praised for her part in the hit show Firefly. In 2010, she was named one of the hottest women around the globe and was named the Best-Looking Woman in America by Esquire magazine.
